Jim Buki has a master’s degree in Taxation (2004). In nearly 20 years of experience with a national accounting firm, he worked with numerous companies in various industries, including construction, manufacturing, professional services, and retail. Jim decided to join HNA’s dynamic taxation team because he wanted to take on new challenges.
During his previous work experience, Jim specialized in areas such as tax planning, business reorganizations and acquisitions, succession planning with family members and key employees, and annual shareholder compensation planning.
Always attentive to his clients, Jim is committed to finding the best solutions based on their goals and unique situations.
