Marie-Ève Blais joined the team in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke (2016) and a Master of Laws in Taxation from HEC Montréal (2020). She has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2017.
With nearly nine years of experience in Canadian taxation, Marie-Ève is involved in a wide range of strategic mandates, including corporate reorganizations, estate and post-mortem tax planning, as well as commercial transactions, including the sale and acquisition of businesses.
