Sylvain Moreau joined HNA as a partner in the Tax Department in 2019, where he works in Canadian Taxation. He supports his clientele, mainly composed of SMEs and professionals, in all stages of their growth.
Sylvain holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (1987), a Graduate Diploma in Taxation as well as a financial planner and a Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) titles. His exceptional contribution to the accounting profession and his involvement in the community have been recognized by the Ordre des CPA du Québec and the CGA-Canada, which have awarded him the honorary titles of Fellow and Life Member.
Eager to share his knowledge, he is the author of the book entitled Questions incontournables en impôt des particuliers, various articles and conferences published in many specialized tax journals. Until recently, he wrote the tax column for the Money section of the Journal de Montréal. He was a lecturer in the master’s program in taxation at HEC Montréal.
