Along with this announcement comes the news of the new Board of Directors, which consists of Daniel St-Laurent, Valérie Ménard, Éric Forest, Stéphane Vaudrin, and Jérôme Tremblay.

Since joining HNA in 2010, Daniel has embodied the rigour, expertise, and strategic vision that have been the firm’s strengths for nearly 45 years. He has been a member of the executive committee since 2018 and has played a central role in modernizing the firm’s practices and organizational transformation.
As managing partner, he will oversee the implementation of the 2025–2030 strategic plan, ensure team mobilization, and maintain HNA’s position as a catalyst for success for its clients, employees, and business partners.
